Modifications Topic

Changes to physical items and their serialized item instances can be implemented using the modifications object (see Managing Modifications ).

Work order items can also be associated to the modification object to provide a reference for the object which can carry its own attribute data.

Note: To define or remove object relationships, you must have the appropriate permissions in the Link Independent Objects permission folder. In this case, Link Independent Objects > <Object> - Modification to create a link and Link Independent Objects > Break Relationship to break any link.
